About the band
Cesare Salad and the Spicy Croutons brings high-energy Blues and Rock-n-Roll to every stage we play. Led by guitarist and vocalist Cesare, we have had the honor to share the stage with Blue Oyster Cult, Rare Earth, Rick Derringer, and Edgar Winter— all who have influenced our style of music.
Our Blues and Rock-n-Roll music will keep people energized and entertained til closing time. Along with drums and bass, the band highlights two unique, handmade guitars— which sound great and engage the crowd.
